Shaw’s Slow Dance in color Vellum, Passageways in color Sea Grass, Cashmere in color Crete, and Design in color Travertine was used to carpet the home. From Florida Tile, Cherry Carpet installed Cliffside in color Light Grotto, Cinema in color Silver Screen, Savannah in color Magnolia White and Highlands in color Dover in the bathrooms. Wood flooring from Higuera was installed in the color Carbonized Caribbean. We used Ceramic from Jeffrey Court in style Metropolitan and color Grammercy Grey and style Dome in the same color.

This extensive renovation began in 2004, bringing an 1886 classic landmark into the current century. Exterior retrofitting was finished in 2006, with all interior systems upgraded to today's code. Cherry Carpet & Flooring specified, furnished, installed, and managed the entire interior finishes project.
